HOW TO ORDER

Start by sending us your Contact Info using our online Contact Form. Let us know how many tapes you want transferred and whether you want any custom DVD services, and we will contact you with pricing and delivery/drop-off instructions.

Because we don't use an automated process, we can create custom projects, such as adding background music to silent movies, captions below sections of video, custom menu backgrounds and titles, custom printed DVD labels and cases, and more. See our Custom DVD services page for details.

Our process digitally captures your taped footage and transfers it to DVD. Your digitized film footage includes:

  1. Transfer - from tape to digital format. Your original tapes will be returned.
  2. Enhancements - slight color brightening and camera-shake correction
  3. Chapter Menus - We will create chapters for each separate recording, which can be navigated on the DVD
  4. DVD title that appears on the main menu screen, case and disc
  5. Videos will be recorded on DVD-R media, and should be compatible with any DVD player manufactured after 2001. If your older model DVD player does not play DVD-R discs, please let us know and we will record your video to DVD+R discs.
  6. Customized DVD Projects - Because we don't use an automated process, we can create custom projects, such as adding background music to silent movies, captions below sections of video, custom menu backgrounds and titles, custom printed DVD labels and cases, and more. See our Custom DVD services page for details.
  • The cost to transfer video from tape is $20 per DVD.
  • An extra copy can be added for $5.00 each.
  • Each DVD holds up to 2 hours of video (which could contain 1 or more tapes).
  • Extreme Restoration - Most video tapes have already begun to degrade. With the exception of slight color brightening, the quality of the footage on DVD cannot be improved from the quality of your original film footage.
  • Copyrighted Footage - You must have the right to copy and edit the supplied video footage.
  • Wedding or Event Videos - If you have a wedding video or similar video recorded by a professional, you must have their permission in order to have this footage transferred to DVD.
